Chromebook Hard Drive Full Print

Please try the following:

Remove your Account from the Chromebook (before doing this, make sure you save anything in your Downloads folder to your Google Drive that you don't want to lose). Everything else will be restored to your Chromebook when you complete the next step.


Then 

Readd your Account to the Chromebook


Don't forget to restart to update your Chromebook!
