You can re-enable hardware acceleration by clicking the 3 dots by your account icon on Google Chrome and then going to 'Settings' as shown below:

On the settings screen that appears, search for the term 'hardware' and then ensure that hardware acceleration is enabled as shown below:

Once re-enabling this setting, please restart Chrome and see if the issue is resolved.
