- From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose System Preferences.
- In the System Preferences window, click Software Update.
- Choose "more info" to upgrade to a different version of the current OS.
- Select the Version you wish to upgrade to
- If the device prompts you for an admin password, please dial 777 from a school phone and we can remote in and assist you.
- The OS upgrade will download, which takes several minutes. Then you will begin the steps of installing it.
- Follow the onscreen prompts.
