In order to prevent a student from accessing a website permanently, you can add a "Permanent Rule" to the student in Net-Ref, so that the student cannot access that page.
For example, you may want to prevent all access to email for a student.
We can add a permanent rule for "mail.google.com"
Click the "I" for the student in Net-Ref
Then click "Permanent Rules", then click the "Plus" button
Then enter the URL and a Display Name for the URL which you would like to permanently block. NOTE: you can also permanently allow using the radio button under "Rule Type"
