- Settings on your iPad.
- Tap General, then select Transfer or Reset iPad.
- Tap Reset and choose Reset All Settings
- Unplug your USB-C headphones and plug them back in.
The ipad will turn off and reset once coming back on it should give you the option to allow the headphones.
